Rental Rates & General Information
Effective May 12, 2008


The Winthrop Barn is available to rent for weddings, bazaars, birthday parties, dances, fund-raisers, meetings, and events of all kinds. Now with Wireless Internet access and onsite credit card card acceptance capabilities.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

RESERVATION/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Deposit is refundable if renter does own clean-up.  If renter would like to hire our cleaning person to come in after renter’s event to do all of the cleaning or to complete the job, the Barn will provide you with contact information.  Clean up must be completed no later than noon the day following the event.

Deposit is due within 1 week of booking, to be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the event.  Amount required when using:

Main Hall without use of kitchen equipment               $200
Main Hall with use of kitchen equipment                    $400
Hen House or Upstairs Meeting Room                       $100

RENTAL RATES

Main Hall: Includes 1-day use of Main Hall, Hen House, upstairs meeting room & kitchen surfaces, excluding use of appliances. No additional charge for use of rectangular tables and chairs inside the building. 

One-Day Rental:                                                        $450
Second consecutive day of an event:                     $225/day

Locals Discount:  If a renter has a WA State Drivers License with an address within the Methow Valley School District, $50.00 will be deducted from the total rent.  To receive a locals discount, a copy of renters WA State Drivers License must be submitted with the Rental Agreement.

Round Tables for use inside the Barn:
20 – 59” diameter                 $5 each

Tables & Chairs Rented for use outside the Barn:
25 - 8’ tables                           $5 each
100 metal chairs                    $1 each

Emergency Situations:  Main Hall 1/2 price 
(Example:  Fundraiser to cover expenses for an un-insured accident victim, or a family that is in need because their home was unexpectedly destroyed. Must attend BOD meeting to obtain approval.)

Funerals/Memorials:  Main Hall Free – Kitchen use @ $25/hour
